Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Rack Rank account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Rack Rank and go to the Me tab.
2. Tap the settings gear.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete my account.

By email

If you can't access the app, email support@rackrank.com from the email you signed up with and include your username. We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, username, display name, sets, check-ins, crowns, witnesses, challenge entries, team memberships, and gym memberships. Your username becomes available to others. We may keep limited records if the law requires it or to prevent fraud and abuse.
