These terms are an agreement between you and Rack Rank LLC ("Rack Rank," "we") for using the Rack Rank app and website. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Who can use Rack Rank
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You can have one account, and it's for you only.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and your information accurate, including your bodyweight and division, since they decide who you're ranked against. Don't impersonate anyone or create accounts to witness your own lifts.
Fair play
- Log only lifts you actually performed, with the weight and reps you actually did.
- Witness only lifts you watched from start to finish.
- Don't tamper with check-ins, location, codes, or the app.
We may hide lifts, remove crowns or prizes, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, including after reports from other members or automatic checks.
Your safety
Rack Rank is a competition and tracking app, not medical or training advice. Lifting and exercise carry a risk of injury. Train within your abilities, use proper form, spotters, and safety equipment, follow your gym's rules, and talk to a doctor before starting a new program. You take part in challenges at your own risk, and you're responsible for your own training decisions.
Challenges and prizes
Prizes are described on each challenge. Winners must follow the challenge rules and these terms, and we may verify results before awarding a prize. Prize drawings are sponsored by Rack Rank or the named sponsor, not by Apple or Google. Prizes can't be exchanged for cash unless we say otherwise.
Content
You own what you post, like your username, display name, and team names. You give us permission to show it in the app so Rack Rank can work. Don't post anything that's illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that infringes someone else's rights. See our Community Guidelines.
Gyms and schools
Gym and school names in Rack Rank identify where members train. Rack Rank isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any gym or school unless we say so.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription in the future. Prices and terms will be shown before you buy, and subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
Rack Rank is provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that leaderboards will be free of mistakes. To the fullest extent the law allows, Rack Rank LLC isn't liable for injuries, losses, or damages that result from using the app, taking part in challenges, or training.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Rack Rank means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
